Michelle Inquanti
Studio Manager, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor
Michelle’s love for movement started at an early age as a dancer. With her own personal history of related dance injuries, Pilates played an important role in her rehabilitation. She went on to become a certified Pilates Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
She is qualified in pre/post-natal training and has a passion for helping people grow stronger, feel good, move pain free through movement and accomplish what they’d always thought was impossible.

Thomas Koutsouras
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Thomas developed his passion for fitness and leading an active lifestyle early on when playing in team sports. He started playing team sport when he was 6 and still enjoys playing sport on the weekends. After completing his Diploma of Sports Development in 2015, it opened up a pathway to share his knowledge through coaching the local soccer team. Soon after he became a certified Personal Trainer, where he could expand his knowledge and share with more than his team, he could share it with the community.
Specialises: Helping people from all walks in life is what Thomas enjoys most and watching people achieve things they thought they couldn’t accomplish whether it’s a fitness goal or just getting up each day feeling great. Thomas specialises most in boxing style fitness and strength and conditioning through rehab from injury.
